This painting is a reminder of being in my aunts house in Saint Martin. Her house was a bright turquoise that you could see from miles away. The view from her house overlooked the ocean and the rolling green hills on the french side. I always felt rich being there, but not rich with money…but the type of riches that would exist even if money wasnt necessary. Rich in nature, family….rich in life and beauty that surrounded me.
