My Story

My passion is my way of life. Being well, living well—living abundantly spiritually, physically, mentally, financially, and creatively—is simply who I am.

In my soul I feel like my mission is to heal & create. But I didnt always feel this way.

At one point, all I thought I was was an artist… or a graphic designer and a mother. I worked, hustled, and accepted less than I was worth—for the art, for my son, for the community… maybe for the plot. But eventually, it made me sick. And I can’t blame it all on “the hustle.” There was life—relationships, friendships, social pressure, family, and my own mental strife and ignorance.

I was sick of everything—and sick in so many ways. I knew I had to heal, but not before being failed by doctors. No one saw me, heard me, or cared enough to truly help me heal. My concerns seemed ridiculous to them. “You’re young. It’s just anxiety. You look fine.” Constantly dismissed, I was exhausted.

My first encounter with holistic health came when I visited an acupuncturist. I was living in a constant fog, and after a severe bout of food poisoning that nearly killed me—on top of my existing health issues—it felt like my body was deteriorating every day. Yet every day, I still had to show up: as a mother, a lover, a creator, a woman.

The acupuncturist was a kind woman—expensive, but kind. She connected me to a machine that read my energy and identified where I had blockages in my system. It showed extreme stress in my pineal gland and gut. She prescribed herbal supplements, including wormwood and black walnut, for possible parasites. I returned to her for a while for acupuncture and consultations, and eventually, I began to feel better. But the cost of treatment was putting me in a financial hole.

Still, I was deeply grateful to have met her. She opened my eyes to a world beyond Western medicine and showed me that there were other methods available for healing.

After nearly a decade of learning about my body through herbal care, nutrition, and wellness, I decided to become certified as a Holistic Nutritionist through AFPA.

Today, after years of learning and practice, I no longer struggle with anxiety, gut issues, heavy or painful menstrual cycles, chronic fatigue, brain fog, panic attacks, or persistent skin issues. Taking my health into my own hands changed my life.

My mission is to help others find what works best for them. To listen, to inform, and to guide my clients toward making empowered decisions about their health.

Chronic pain is not normal. Constant fatigue, menstrual pain, anxiety, and gut issues are not normal. This is what I specialize in—because I’ve lived it.

If you’re ready for support that truly understands, send me a message.

Let’s begin to heal.
