After my 5-month escape to St. Martin, in February of 2022 I took a short ferry over to St.Barthes to visit my dear cousin that lived on the island. She worked as a teacher at one of the local schools and lived right on the beach. During the day I found myself basking on the rocks. Often just feeling blessed to be in nature, away from the sounds of the city. Hearing the waves crash against the rocks, and my skin tan to a deep caramel.
