Together with Fora, we’re bringing the Casa Lawa experience to our member hotels through our first-ever retreat series. In these one-of-a-kind gatherings, we’ll feel the magic that happens when food, place, and people collide.
Fittingly, the series will kick off May 22 - 25 at Palazzo Daniele, our stunning, art-filled former palace in Puglia. Through lively dinners, hands-on cheesemaking and Pasta al Pomodoro masterclasses, visits to Puglian producers, and aperitivo in the sun, we’ll celebrate the ingredients, traditions, and makers that define the destination, all through the Casa Lawa lens.
